Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Generate sales in existing customer accounts by identifying customer needs and upselling appropriate products and services to meet those needs. 
  • Meet and exceed sales quota using customer focused selling and objection handling.  
  • Call existing customers and utilize product knowledge to provide product recommendations appropriate for their needs. 
  • Respond to telephone inquiries regarding products and services; provide accurate information and recommendation to meet customer needs. 
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current with all marketing promotions.  
  • Obtain all pertinent customer information and process all required documentation to maintain CRM accounts. 
  • Transfer all non-sales calls to the appropriate department. 
  • Stay current with competition by reviewing competition spreadsheet. 

Job Required Qualification: 

  • 3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience in a high-volume environment required 
  • At least 6 Months to 1 year US Healthcare Background  
  • Must be results-driven, highly motivated, and have the ability to present product information with confidence  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate patiently, courteously, and professionally with our customers  
  • Demonstrated record of success exceeding sales targets  
  • Generate revenue conducting outbound calls and offering value-added auxiliary services to existing medical alert device subscribers for Fall Detection, Lockbox, Basic Protection Plan, Premium Protection Plan, 2nd Fall Detection and PHB for 2nd subscriber, Swap  
  • Technical Skills – Microsoft Office, CRM data entry, and computer proficiency with sales platforms 
  • Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer sensitive environment 
  • Driven, self-motivated and competitive 
  • Result-oriented with a “go-getter” personality 
  • Excellent rapport building telephone communication and negotiating skills 
  • Team player and able to work autonomously 
  • Exceptional follow-through skills  
  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent related work experience
