Chief Operations Officer

Chillo brings over 25 years of experience across healthcare, outsourcing, and corporate operations—beginning his journey as an IT manager at a BPO call center and growing into leadership roles with global scope. He’s worked in over 13 countries and across nearly every function of the business, from engineering to managing a captive operation for a multi-billion-dollar MedTech organization. For Chillo, it’s always been about the people—diverse teams, shared learning, and the belief that culture drives performance.

His leadership style is best described as tough but fair—anchored in accountability and integrity. He leads by doing, builds trust by keeping his word, and creates space for others to be courageous and grow. Chillo doesn’t chase buzzwords—he focuses on operational fundamentals: people, process, and technology. He’s especially focused on ensuring that operational excellence drives business outcomes, not just cut cost.

Outside of work, Chillo’s motivation is rooted in family and service. He’s a father of two, a hands-on fixer by nature, and a committed community volunteer. Whether he’s mentoring a team or teaching his sons the value of giving back, Chillo leads with humility, grit, and a deep sense of purpose.

Diane Truppa

Global Human Resource

Diane brings over 30 years of leadership in healthcare, shaped by a deep belief that when you care for your people, everything else follows. She’s spent her career advocating for patients and employees alike—ensuring that both feel heard, supported, and valued.

Her approach is grounded in trust, respect, and consistency. Diane leads with empathy, invests time in one-on-one connections, and sets clear expectations that empower teams to do their best work. For her, building a strong culture isn’t just about policies—it’s about showing up, listening closely, and creating space where people can grow personally and professionally.

She’s especially focused on keeping teams connected in a remote work environment, making sure every individual—regardless of role or location—feels part of something bigger. Outside of work, Diane finds joy in family time, quiet routines, and the everyday chaos of being a proud dog mom. That bit of rebellious spirit from her younger years still shows up from time to time—especially when it means challenging the status quo for the better.

Richard Lee

CEO, Co-Founder

Richard began his career in hospitality and customer service before transitioning into healthcare—drawn by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. His experience spans healthcare operations and outsourcing, with a focus on empowering high-performing teams across borders.

As a servant leader, Richard is grounded in empathy, adaptability, and continuous improvement. He believes leadership is about supporting others—understanding individual strengths, clearing obstacles, and building a culture where people feel valued and heard.

He’s especially passionate about addressing high turnover in the industry through above-market compensation and a workplace that fosters long-term growth. Outside of work, Richard enjoys cooking, staying active, and fostering animals—pursuits that reflect his commitment to care, connection, and community.

Ryan Holbrook

President, Co-Founder

Ryan has built his career around designing thoughtful, scalable solutions at the intersection of healthcare and outsourcing. With early experience leading global operational initiatives, he developed a strong understanding of how to align process, talent, and performance in complex, fast-paced environments. This foundation continues to inform his approach to service delivery and strategic growth.

 His leadership style is grounded in structure, accountability, and authenticity. Ryan is known for his clear communication and consistent follow-through, especially in how he engages with clients and partners. He prioritizes long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence.

 Outside of work, Ryan has a strong appreciation for the arts and creative expression. His attention to detail and eye for design influence not only how he leads, but how he approaches challenges—with intention, creativity, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.

Sugar Bitongga

SVP, Operations

With over two decades in BPO, Sugar brings a rare blend of operational precision and human-centered leadership to the healthcare outsourcing space. Drawn early on to the pace and complexity of the industry, healthcare became a natural fit—combining systems thinking with the opportunity to create real-world impact. 

Sugar’s leadership is shaped not just by building startups and scaling enterprise operations, but by navigating the tough transitions—the restructures, the high-stakes escalations, and the underdog turnarounds. These moments built a leadership style rooted in structure, transparency, and performance. No fluff—just clear expectations, tight systems, and a deep belief in helping people grow into their potential. 

Passionate about bridging the people-performance gap, Sugar focuses on creating the kind of operational environments where teams don’t just function—they thrive. That means solving for burnout, accountability, and scale from the inside out. It also means coaching leaders to think like owners and anchoring strategies in outcomes that matter.
