Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Track project costs in order to meet the budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Complete project deliverables from scoping to closure.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct Risk and Critical Path Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to handle diverse types or projects or functions (IT, Finance, Operations, Enablement, Strategic, etc.)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of experience required in Project development environment
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
- Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holiday
- Willing to work in the office if asked to do so
- Scrum or CPM, PMP certification is a plus
