Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Track project costs in order to meet the budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Complete project deliverables from scoping to closure.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct Risk and Critical Path Analysis
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to handle diverse types or projects or functions (IT, Finance, Operations, Enablement, Strategic, etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience required in Project development environment
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
  • Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holiday
  • Willing to work in the office if asked to do so
  • Scrum or CPM, PMP certification is a plus
