Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Creation of user accounts, recording and modifying employee profile data, including sensitive data such as salary, time-off, and personal information.
  • Routine reporting of salary information, attrition and demographics.
  • Creating and executing HR processes automation.
  • Conduct training for new users and provide user support for the HRIS tool.
  • Collaborating with HR partners to determine HRIS needs.

Job Required Qualification: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HRIS administrator.
  • Has strong knowledge in reporting using MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • UKG experience is preferred
