Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of user accounts, recording and modifying employee profile data, including sensitive data such as salary, time-off, and personal information.
- Routine reporting of salary information, attrition and demographics.
- Creating and executing HR processes automation.
- Conduct training for new users and provide user support for the HRIS tool.
- Collaborating with HR partners to determine HRIS needs.
Job Required Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HRIS administrator.
- Has strong knowledge in reporting using MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- High level of attention to detail, strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- UKG experience is preferred
