Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, attestations, and related documentation across multiple MoW contracts (global workforce engagements and contingent workforce agreements).
• Track contract milestones, expirations, and renewals to ensure timely action.
• Maintain contract records and documentation in PeopleSoft, Synapse and other contract management systems.
• Coordinate contract approvals and signatures using tools such as DocuSign.
• Ensure compliance with Fairview’s policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to resolve contract-related issues.
• Support audits and reporting related to contract activities.
• Communicate effectively across time zones and remote teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks across time zones.
• Handles work expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
• Superior communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ask clarifying questions in a virtual environment.
• Proactive mindset with ability to effectively prioritize tasks while taking initiative to
follow up, flag issues, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
