Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for non-employees, including provisioning and compliance requirements, ensuring SLAs are being met.
• Manage of Modernization of Work shared inbox by reviewing all incoming correspondence, routing onboarding/offboarding actions, escalating issues, and filing documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for MoW team in collaboration with business leaders and vendors.
• Logistical and administrative support of projects, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Compile and validate data for reports and dashboards, utilizing systems such as Synapse, ShiftWise, MS365, etc.
• Support contract initiation, routing, and tracking as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks across time zones.
• Handles work expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrator, coordinator or similar role. (5+ years of experience can be substituted for degree if necessary.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and contract processing workflows.
• Project management experience is preferred
