Position Summary

Customer Service Representative

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1 – 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center preferred
  • Excellent Customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
  • Typing accuracy of 35 wpm minimum
  • Database data entry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and use of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients.
  • Proficient mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Some experience with medical insurance and/or durable medical equipment
  • Startup / rapid growth experience
  • Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in diabetes

Technical Support Representative

  • 2+ years of Technical Support and Billing and Customer Service experience –insurance collections preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of and experience with ICD-9/10, HCPCS, and medical device (PERS)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, heavy volume work environment.
  • Demonstrated computer, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Experience working at insurance companies/payors or with medical device reimbursement for a start-up or new technology company or durable medical equipment setting is high desirable.
